Refund and Returns Policy

At GLOWHATO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bonsai tree purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided the bonsai tree is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been damaged or altered cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
