At Glowhato, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our Refund and Return Policy to understand your options.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Return:
Returns are accepted for non-perishable items within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Perishable items, such as plants, are generally not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@glowhato.com or call 307-621-0431 with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive a return authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your returned item.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be issued for returned items that meet the above return eligibility criteria.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
Non-refundable Items:
Certain items, such as plants and other perishable goods, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Damage During Transit:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@glowhato.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item at our expense.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will resolve the issue by sending you the correct item at no additional cost.
4. Cancellations
Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the item following our return process.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.
6. Shipping Fees
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
