  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for eligible products and locations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The weight and size of your order.

  • The shipping method selected.

  • The delivery address (including any international shipping fees).

4. Shipping Areas

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future, so please check back periodically for updates.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate street address.

  • Undeliverable Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will notify you and may require additional shipping fees to resend the order.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the status of your delivery.

7. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your order on time, delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Glowhato is not responsible for delays caused by external factors or shipping carriers. If your order is delayed, we will notify you and keep you updated on its status.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the damage and will either issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Glowhato is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Glowhato is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the address, but we will do our best to assist you.
